Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.

How to Return an Item

- Receive your returns labelWe'll email you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours (for faulty or incorrect items).
- Pack and postSecurely pack the item in its original packaging if possible and drop it at any Post Office.
- Receive your refundOnce we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
